How do I cancel my subscription?

Manage subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

How do I delete my account?

Use Settings in the app and choose Delete Account. Account deletion uses a 30-day grace period before permanent removal.

How do I request a copy of my data?

Email support@spintale.app. Data export requests are handled manually and fulfilled within 30 days.

How do I report a story?

Public stories can be reported from Discover or from the story reader in the app. If you cannot access the app, email support@spintale.app with any story details you have.

Why was a story hidden in Reader Mode?

Reader Mode uses child age-band visibility plus parent-managed safety review exceptions. A story may stop appearing if it no longer matches the selected child's allowed age bands or if an exception was revoked.

Launch Notes

Spintale accounts are parent-held. Children use Reader Mode only after a parent sets up a child profile and hands the device over.

Stories shared to Discover are anonymous, read-only, and moderated. There are no comments, likes, follows, or user messaging features.
